Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (USA):

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States (all 50 states included).

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee (USA only).

All in-stock items ship the same or next business day. Orders ship Monday through Friday from San Diego, California. With standard shipping, most domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment.

Domestic orders typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Larger or oversized packages may ship via UPS or FedEx at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.

If your order is delayed or cancelled for any reason, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


International Shipping (Outside USA):

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

All international orders ship using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) rates, meaning all taxes and duties are included at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping Issues & Responsibility:

Once a package leaves our workshop, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. FARO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

That said, we will always do our best to assist with tracking and help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address or packages marked as delivered but stolen are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
