Perfect surf backpack

Solid construction and the perfect size for wetsuit a towel and some water has a storage pouch for keys and miscellaneous stuff separate dry pocket for your towel if needed. As usual with Faro's gear, the quality of the backpack is really good.

Dry Bag

Bought my Faro dry bag in October of last year and it’s been my #1 surf adventure bag. Recently the zipper broke and I contacted Faro and they quickly replied back with a solution. I’m happy with the quick fix and could not of been more happier with their customer service.

The Right Gear

Walking or biking a few miles to the secret spot, definitely don’t want to be walking in a drenched wetsuit or biking in one. I used the dry bag to carry my 4/3 hooded wetsuit, booties, changing poncho, 20oz Water Container, 12oz Travel Cup, 18oz Food Flask, Sandwich Box, sunscreen, 10” Single Fin, extra wax, and an extra towel. Weight with dry wetsuit was about 15 lbs and then wet weight is about 17-18 lbs. not bad to trek with ease. Then obviously I had my 10ft board bag to carry my 9’10 NoseRider which also was easy handling due to the sturdiness of the board bag. Overall whether you’re biking or hiking to the secret spot, the Dry Bag keeps your mind at ease knowing your wetsuit is not soaking through bag and it’s compacted into the Dry Bag really well. Definitely consider getting one if the spot is a few miles away. things I would add is a side water pocket, increase strap thickness to ensure tighten fits, and add a little more volume to the front zipper pocket (iPhone 15 Pro with Otterbox case barely fits with everything packed in main compartment). Other than those few things; bag is definitely a gift worth giving to a surfer who wouldn’t buy this for themselves. But I bought this for myself because I love having the right gear so that I can focus on the surf sesh and not what im bringing! Thanks Faro! Stoked!
